Keeping Individuals Safe from Suicide (KISS)

4+ DELEGATES ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK THIS BESPOKE COURSE


This two-hour interactive workshop explores explore the difference between a person having thoughts about suiciding and having made suicide plans.

We dispel myths that talking about suicide can ‘encourage’ thoughts and actions.

We also become familiar using the acronym “STOP” when engaging with someone who is considering completing suicide.

Course numbers are limited to ensure that learners stay safe and supported whilst they engage.

Delegates will not require any course materials prior to the course and will be made welcome to make their own notes.
