This two-day accredited course equips learners to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and when/how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help.
Course numbers are limited to ensure that you can be safe and supported whilst you learn. The minimum age to complete this course is 14.
Learning takes place in four manageable sessions through a mixture of group activities, presentations and discussions. Each session is built around an ‘ALGEE’ / ‘CARE’ action plan.
